Job Descriptions
1. Inventory Management
- Plan and oversee end-to-end inventory management and stock control operations.
- Monitor and maintain data accuracy in the WMS/ERP systems.
- Review and approve inventory adjustments.
- Regulate inventory movement to ensure full compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Analyze root causes of stock variance and minimize discrepancies.
2. Stock Count Management
- Develop and execute Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Cycle Count plans.
- Direct and manage the Annual Physical Stock Count.
- Supervise physical counting operations to ensure adherence to schedules and standards.
- Review, verify, and approve count results and stock reconciliation.
- Analyze variance root causes and establish preventive measures to eliminate recurring errors.
3. WMS Management
- Oversee and optimize the daily usage of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Monitor and audit system transactions to ensure data integrity.
- Supervise key warehouse processes, including Put Away, Replenishment, Inventory Transfers, Location Management, and Inventory Adjustments.
- Ensure high standards of WMS Master Data accuracy.
4. Team Management
- Plan manpower requirements and resource allocation for the Inventory team.
- Delegate tasks, set performance standards, and track team execution.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team skills and technical capabilities.
- Conduct performance appraisals and design team development plans.
- Foster a work culture focused on quality, accuracy, and continuous operational excellence.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on key warehouse performance metrics (KPIs).
- Perform root cause analysis for operational issues and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Design management dashboards and prepare comprehensive inventory reports.
- Present actionable insights and process optimization strategies to senior management.
6. Process Improvement
- Standardize, develop, and update SOPs and Work Instructions (WIs).
- Streamline warehouse processes to reduce operational errors and increase throughput.
- Optimize storage capacity and layout utilization.
- Drive and support Lean, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
7. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations) to ensure data alignment, inventory accuracy, and seamless workflow.

- Education: Associate’s Degree or higher in a related field.
- Ability to independently identify and analyze quality issues.
