Job Descriptions
• Data and Documentation Management (Warehouse)
- Oversee, prepare, and coordinate all data and documentation related to the warehouse, such as data entry and stock counting.
 - Ensure the accuracy and correctness of inventory data in the system.
 
• Stock Checking & Inventory Control
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual stock counts for the warehouse and relevant company branches.
 - Verify inventory levels, ensuring that the stock count matches the physical goods.
 
• Report Generation & Warehouse Coordination
- Coordinate and prepare reports related to stock and warehouse activities.
 - Ensure proper and accurate procedures for goods receipt and issuance, ensuring they align with actual stock levels.
 
• Administrative & Coordination Duties
- Handle administrative tasks and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams as needed.
 - Ensure smooth communication and efficient operations related to warehouse and stock activities.
 
• Other Assigned Duties
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
 
Qualifications
• Education
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
 
• Experience
- Attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and responsibly.
 - Proven ability to take responsibility and manage tasks efficiently.
