• Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with the creative director.
- Collaborate with the marketing, PR, and design teams to ensure cohesive window display themes and messaging.
• Visual Merchandising Design
- Define, design, and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy aligned with the branding direction.
- Create appealing and eye-catching window displays and decorative retail elements that guide the customer through the store.
- Create visually appealing and brand-appropriate displays to drive sales and react to business needs.
• Execution & Implementation
- Adjust lighting to highlight merchandise and displays per company standards.
- Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans, and special promotional displays.
- Oversee the pre and post-production process and brief staff on arranging displays.
Qualifications
• Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Arts and Design or related field
• Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of retail visual merchandising experience.
- Ability to create compelling visual presentations in line with company guidelines and brand standards.
- Experience in driving sales through effective merchandise placement and display.
- Ability to analyze overall sales and inventory reports to optimize visual merchandising strategies.
- Proven ability to solve store-specific visual and merchandising challenges while following brand standards and HQ direction.
