• Graphic Design & Branding:
- Create graphic designs for all brand channels.
- Work within current brand identity guidelines while evolving the brand to new levels.
- Design with a creative mindset optimized for business growth.
- Ensure brand consistency throughout various marketing initiatives.
• Marketing & Strategy:
- Understand marketing psychology to maximize the effectiveness of graphic designs for marketing.
- Conceptualize new ideas and integrate them into graphic designs or templates.
- Brainstorm ideas and concepts for visuals and words with other members of the creative team.
• Product & Design Optimization:
- Understand product materials and dimensions to optimize illustration on final designs.
- Take on feedback from customers and internal teams to optimize products.
- Creative Thinking & Collaboration:
- Think creatively, producing new ideas and concepts, and developing designs.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and refine concepts.
Qualifications
• Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Art, Graphic Design, or a similar relevant field.
• Experience:
- At least 1 year of proven graphic design experience (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, image selection, and package design.
• Personal Attributes:
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other visual design tools).
