Job Descriptions

• Customer Service & Satisfaction:

  • Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner and deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc).

• Team Management & Leadership:

  • Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
  • Hire, train, and oversee new staff.

• Business Strategy & Operations:

  • Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
  • Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
  • Complete store administration duties and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

• Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience working as a store manager or assistant store manager is required.
  • Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
  • Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of business management processes.

• Personal Attributes:

  • Strong conceptual, graphic design, type, and page layout skills for projects ranging from print to interactive to broadcast.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
