Job Descriptions

• Be the main point of contact in the project e.g. requirement, update changes, and feedbacks
• Lead and supervise both functional and technical roles in the project
• Gathering requirements, digesting, and organization into the structured written specifications and tasks
• Conduct Sprint planning in Agile / Scrum methodology
• Conduct Daily scrum, assign tasks and mitigate problems and risks in the project
• Ensure the quality of the project is up to the standard
• Ensure the delivery of the project timeline and commitment

Qualifications

• At least possessing 1 year of experience as a project manager
• Be able to evaluate and estimate the technical effort of the tasks
• Be able to break down the tasks into detail which software developers could work on
• Excellent reading and listening comprehension skills
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Excellent computer skills and documentation skills
• Good command of English.
• Good communication, management, and teamwork skills.
