Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years of experiences working in retail operations management field required.
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
Experience budgeting and forecasting.
Familiarity with business and financial principles.
Excellent communication skills.
Leadership ability.
Outstanding organisational skills.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work in a challenging environment.
Willingness to work in office and conduct hands-on management tasks at stores regularly.
