Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years of experiences working in retail operations management field required.
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Leadership ability.
  • Outstanding organisational skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work in a challenging environment.
  • Willingness to work in office and conduct hands-on management tasks at stores regularly.
