Job Descriptions
• Marketing & Advertising Campaigns:
- Develop, evaluate, and optimize marketing and paid advertising campaigns to ensure the correct mediums are used and campaigns are effective.
- Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management.
- Report on overall online performance using Google Analytics and maintain websites, track data analytics, and marketing metrics.
• Social Media & Engagement:
- Run and create engagement on social media channels in accordance with the communications strategy and general communications calendar of activity.
- Help achieve our vision to create industry-leading business social channels.
• PR & Communications:
- Develop, implement, manage, and support all kinds of PR and communication activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers (Domestic and international).
- Study the organization's objectives, promotional policies, and needs to build a public relations execution plan that influences public opinion and promotes brand, products, ideas, and services.
• Market Trends & Analysis:
- Keep current with marketing trends, competitive analysis, techniques, and digital platforms in order to explore and recommend creative ways to reach target audience groups.
Qualifications
• Education:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience:
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods with numerical skills.
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
• Personal Attributes:
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Adaptability and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- Excellent in English both written and verbal is a must.
- Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage.
