• Marketing & Advertising Campaigns:
- Overview marketing and paid advertising campaigns to ensure the correct mediums are used and campaigns are effective.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of spending across campaigns and channels.
- Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management.
- Report on overall online performance using Google Analytics and maintain websites, track data analytics, and marketing metrics.
• Social Media & Content Direction:
- Oversee social media campaign planning and execution aligned with overall marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and KOL teams to deliver engaging brand storytelling across social platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone of voice, messaging, and visual identity across all digital channels.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Brand Manager and Store Operations team to identify branch-level challenges and growth opportunities.
- Work with Brand Manager and Creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Local Store Marketing within the F&B or Retail industry.
- Proven experience managing 360° marketing campaigns including Community, Campus, Office Buildings, and Lifestyle Malls.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, media planning, and digital advertising optimization.
- Strong project management, coaching skill, people management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
