Manage import and export operations for fashion products (apparel, bags, accessories, etc.) in compliance with international trade regulations.
Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, government authorities, and internal departments (such as sourcing and buying) to ensure smooth and and timely shipment.
Prepare, verify, and maintain import–export documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, COO, Form E/D, FTA Form, and BOI-related documentation.
Handle and follow up on BOI (Board of Investment) procedures to ensure proper tax privileges and compliance.
Monitor shipment schedules and provide status updates to relevant departments.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to shipping, customs clearance, and logistics operations.
Maintain proper filing and documentation systems for import–export and logistics records.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, International Business, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in import–export or logistics operations (experience in the fashion industry is a plus).
Good at Microsoft office skills (Excel, Words, PowerPoint)
Solid knowledge of BOI regulations, customs clearance procedures, HS codes, and trade compliance.
Proficiency in English communication (speaking, reading, writing) for dealing with overseas partners.
Good computer literacy and familiarity with ERP or import–export systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Customs System).
Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and a good team player.
Good attitude, self-motivated, dynamic, hard-working and able to work under pressure and flexible hours.
Strong interpersonal skills and cooperate with all levels, including management.
Thai nationality preferred; must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in Thai.
