• Strategic Planning:
- Lead the development and implementation of the company’s strategic plan, aligning with the overall business goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the fashion industry.
- Evaluate the performance of fashion products and collections, using insights to refine strategies and improve market positioning.
- Provide recommendations on product assortments, pricing, and marketing approaches based on market analysis.
• Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fashion sector, including market expansion, new product lines, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Financial Performance:
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic initiatives.
- Monitor the performance of business development activities against targets, making adjustments as needed.
Experience
• Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience:
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in strategy, business development, Consultancy and financial.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading complex projects.
- Strong background in market analysis, financial modeling, strategic planning and business development.
- Fluent in English: both writing and speaking.
