Growth strategy & market making

  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and product strategies to expand market reach
  • Build and execute the go-to-market plan including account prioritization, entry-point theses, and multi-year account growth plans.

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Lead the full business development cycle, from opportunity identification to negotiation and closure.
  • Develop strategic relationships with enterprise customers, government agencies, industry associations, and key ecosystem partners.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, strategic alliances, and long-term partnership contracts.

Deal shaping & solutioning

  • Lead discovery with a consulting toolkit — issue trees, capability gap analysis, business-case logic — so that every proposal is anchored in the client’s strategic agenda and quantified value at stake.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, strategic alliances, and long-term partnership contracts.

Joint Venture & Partnership Execution / Implementation

  • Translate agreements into actionable business plans and implementation roadmaps, while establishing governance mechanisms to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure effective decision-making.
  • Ensure that partnership initiatives move from concept and agreement to tangible business outcomes.

Performance Management & Business Monitoring

  • Establish KPIs and performance indicators for business development, partnerships, and JV initiatives, covering revenue, pipeline, profitability, customer growth, partnership performance, and strategic impact.
  • Monitor performance against targets and business cases, conduct regular reviews, and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to management based on data and market insights.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree required in Business Administration, Management, Engineer or other related fields.
  • 7–12+ years in B2B solution to large corporates, with at least 4–5 years selling complex, multi-stakeholder services 
  • Strategic and commercial mind: fluent in business-case logic, workforce economics, and value-based pricing; able to hold a strategy conversation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Able to work independently, manage changing priorities, and deliver measurable results.
  • Professional fluency in Thai and strong working proficiency in English.
