Job Descriptions
• Operations Management:
- Assist the store manager in daily business operations, human resources, customer service, and merchandising.
- Coordinate, monitor, and report on daily operations.
- Ensure the store environment complies with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and maintain suitable store inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing store front.
- Ensure that store policies and procedures are followed.
• Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise employees.
- Manage employee schedules, conduct performance reviews, and enforce disciplinary actions.
• Customer Service & Problem Solving:
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
- Assist with the development of new sales and recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
• Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
• Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years experience working in a retail environment is required.
- Experience in training and managing a team.
• Personal Attributes:
- Strong conceptual, graphic design, type, and page layout skills for projects ranging from print to interactive to broadcast.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work a flexible schedule.
