Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years experience working in a retail environment is required.
Experience in training and managing a team.
Strong conceptual, graphic design, type, and page layout skills for projects ranging from print to interactive to broadcast.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Able to work a flexible schedule.
Good math skills.
